I, DR. KENNETH BLOCKA, of the City of Saskatoon, in
the Province of Saskatchewan, do hereby undertake that, for
so long as this action remains pending, I will not engage in
any direct or indirect communication, regarding the
character, integrity and medical history of Georgena Sil,
with any person, including but not limited to any physician
I may consult with respect to her care and treatment, except
as may be expressly requested and authorized by the said
Georgena Sil, provided, however, that this undertaking shall

not prevent me from consulting counsel and giving evidence
in any proceeding associated with this action.
